The Fuel Distance Calculator answers how far you can travel with a known amount of fuel.
Formula
Distance = fuel quantity × fuel efficiency. Units are converted before the calculation so MPG and km/L inputs can be used consistently.
Example
Ten US gallons at 25 MPG gives a fuel distance of 250 miles.
Trip cost
If a fuel price is entered, the calculator also multiplies the fuel quantity by that price to estimate the fuel cost.
