What this calculator does

It only uses the fields shown in this calculator; it does not silently add tests, diagnoses, symptoms, or clinical variables that are absent from the interface. How to use it

How the calculation works

Incidence rate = new cases ÷ population at risk × the selected reference population (for example, per 100,000). This is a cumulative population rate for the entered period, not a person-time incidence density.

How to interpret the result
