How the calculation works

This implementation starts with the entered baseline percentage and multiplies it by simplified relative-risk factors for age, prepregnancy BMI category, prior stillbirth/parity selection, assisted reproduction, diabetes, hypertension, SLE, antiphospholipid syndrome, and smoking. It returns the adjusted percentage and the combined multiplier; it is not a full current FMF or national stillbirth-prediction model.
